Language Achievers (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a foreign language training institute operating in Delhi NCR, India, with branches at Laxmi Nagar (Delhi), Noida Sector 15, Noida Sector 62 and Noida Extension, along with live online classes across India.

This Privacy Policy applies to our website, enquiry and admission forms, counselling services, online classes, student portal and all communication channels including phone, WhatsApp and email. By using our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We collect only the information necessary to deliver and improve our language training services:

Enquiry forms collect your name, phone, email, language of interest, preferred branch and learning mode. Optional fields are always marked as such — you decide how much to share.

• Responding to your enquiries and booking demo classes and counselling sessions
• Managing admissions, batches, attendance, assessments and certificates
• Sending class schedules, batch updates, exam dates and fee reminders
• Guiding you on certification exams (DELF, Goethe, JLPT, HSK, TOPIK, etc.) and study abroad options
• Improving our website, courses and student experience through analytics
• Sharing offers and new batch announcements (only if you opt in — unsubscribe anytime)

• Exam Bodies: When registering you for official exams (Alliance Française, Goethe-Institut, JLPT, HSK, TOPIK centres) — only with your consent

• Legal Authorities: If required by law, court order or government direction

All online fee payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We never store your card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or net-banking credentials on our servers.

We retain only transaction references (amount, date, receipt number) needed for fee records, receipts and accounting compliance.

We protect your data using industry-standard measures:

No system is 100% immune, but if a data breach ever affects you, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required under Indian law.

We keep your data only as long as needed: enquiry data for up to 12 months, student academic records for the duration of your course plus the period required for certificate verification, and financial records as mandated by Indian tax law (typically 8 years).

After these periods, data is securely deleted or anonymised. You can request early deletion anytime (see Your Rights below).

Students under 18 are welcome at Language Achievers, but their admission and data processing require verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian, collected at the time of enrollment.

We do not knowingly collect data from minors through our website without parental involvement. Parents can review, correct or request deletion of their child's data anytime.

Our website may link to external sites — exam bodies, universities, WhatsApp, Google Maps and social media platforms. Once you leave our site, their own privacy policies apply. We encourage you to read them, as we are not responsible for their practices.

We may update this policy as our services or the law evolves. The “Last Updated” date at the top always reflects the current version. For significant changes, we will notify enrolled students via email or SMS before the changes take effect.
