Fair Refunds, No Surprises.

This Refund Policy applies to all courses offered by Language Achievers — classroom batches at our 4 Delhi NCR branches, live online group batches, 1-on-1 personal training and crash courses — for all 10 languages we teach.

Our philosophy is simple: you should never feel locked in. That is why we offer a free demo class before payment, level-wise fees instead of forced full-course payment, and flexible alternatives like batch transfers and level credits before a refund is ever needed.

This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, which govern enrollment overall.

The best refund is the one you never need. Before paying a single rupee, you can:

Refund eligibility depends on when you withdraw relative to your batch start date:

Exact registration and processing charges for your course are mentioned on your fee receipt and communicated at admission — there are no hidden deductions beyond what is written there.

The following are not eligible for refund under any circumstances:

• Registration / admission charges (adjusted in every refund scenario above)
• Study material and books once issued or delivered to you
• Official exam fees paid to exam bodies (DELF, Goethe, JLPT, HSK, TOPIK etc.) — see Section 6
• Fees for classes already attended or course levels already completed
• Enrollment terminated for misconduct, false documents or violation of our Terms of Service
• Discounted or promotional-offer enrollments, where the offer explicitly stated non-refundability

Before processing a refund, we always offer flexible alternatives — most students prefer these because nothing is lost:

Certification exam fees for DELF/DALF, Goethe, DELE, JLPT, HSK, TOPIK, TORFL and ALPT are paid directly to the respective exam bodies (Alliance Française, Goethe-Institut, Instituto Cervantes, JLPT/HSK/TOPIK centres etc.) — they never pass through Language Achievers.

Refunds, cancellations, date changes and no-show rules for these exams are governed entirely by each exam body's own policy. We will guide you on their process, but we cannot refund, reverse or influence fees paid to them.

Rarely, we may need to cancel or significantly change a batch (e.g. insufficient enrollments or instructor unavailability). In that case, you choose:

• 100% full refund of all fees paid for the cancelled batch — no deductions, no registration charge, nothing
• Free transfer to the next available batch of the same level, or to an equivalent online batch
• Full credit towards any other language or level of your choice

If an individual class is cancelled or rescheduled by us, a make-up class is arranged — this does not qualify for a refund as no learning is lost.

Requesting a refund takes 2 minutes — no forms to hunt for, no office visits required:

1. 1 Send a written request Email enquiry@languageachievers.com or WhatsApp +919953072786 with your name, enrolled course, batch and reason for withdrawal
2. 2 Attach your fee receipt A photo or PDF of your fee receipt (or the receipt number) so we can locate your payment quickly
3. 3 Get acknowledgement within 48 hours Our team confirms receipt, verifies eligibility as per Section 3 and shares the exact refund amount
4. 4 Receive your refund Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7-14 working days

• Refunds always go back to the original payment method. Cash payments are refunded by bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) to the enrolled student's (or guardian's) account only.
• Actual credit time after we initiate the refund depends on your bank or payment provider.
• You will receive a confirmation message with the transaction reference once the refund is initiated.

If you disagree with a refund decision, escalate it in writing to our management at enquiry@languageachievers.com with the subject “Refund Grievance”. Management reviews every escalation personally and responds within 7 working days.

Unresolved disputes are governed by our Terms of Service — Indian law applies, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi. Please note that raising a payment chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution.
