Fair Terms, Clear Rules.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (the student, parent/guardian, or website visitor) and Language Achievers (“we”, “us”, “our”), a foreign language training institute operating in Delhi NCR, India.

By visiting our website, submitting an enquiry, booking a demo class, or enrolling in any course — offline, online or hybrid — you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use our services.

For students under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must accept these Terms on their behalf at the time of admission.

Language Achievers provides foreign language training in 10 languages — French, German, Spanish, English Speaking, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, Hindi and Korean — through:

Course structure, batch timings, instructors and branch availability may change based on operational needs. We will always inform enrolled students of any change affecting their batch in advance.

• Admission is confirmed only after submission of the admission form, valid ID proof, one photograph and payment of the applicable fee.
• You must provide accurate and complete information at enrollment. Admissions based on false information may be cancelled without refund.
• For levels above beginner (A1/N5/HSK1), placement is subject to a level assessment by our academic team.
• Enrollment is personal to you — seats, classes and student accounts are non-transferable to any other person.
• We reserve the right to refuse admission at our discretion, including for prior misconduct at any of our branches.

Course fees are communicated at the time of counselling and are payable level-wise or as per your chosen installment plan, before the respective classes begin.

• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-14 working days.
• Official exam fees (DELF, Goethe, JLPT etc.) are paid directly to the exam body and are governed by their refund rules, not ours.
• Fee receipts are issued for every payment — please retain them for your records.

• Regular attendance is essential for language learning. Students with less than 75% attendance may not be eligible for the level-completion certificate.
• Missed classes are not individually re-taught in group batches; revision support and recorded material (for online batches) may be provided.
• Batch transfers (timing, branch or online/offline) are allowed free of cost, subject to seat availability in the target batch.
• A course validity period applies to each level — enrolled levels must be completed within 2x the standard batch duration.
• If we reschedule or cancel a class, a make-up class or adjusted schedule will be arranged.

We maintain a respectful, focused learning environment at every branch and in every online room. As a student, you agree to:

Serious or repeated violations may result in suspension or termination of enrollment without refund (see Section 12).

• Class links and login credentials are for your personal use only — sharing them with non-enrolled persons is prohibited.
• A stable internet connection and working device are your responsibility; classes missed due to personal connectivity issues are treated as absences.
• Recorded revision sessions, where provided, are for enrolled students only and must not be downloaded, redistributed or published anywhere.
• If a class is disrupted by a technical failure on our side, a make-up class will be scheduled.

All study material, curriculum, mock tests, class recordings, website content, the Language Achievers name, logo and branding are our intellectual property or used under license.

• Study material provided to you is licensed for your personal learning only.
• Copying, reselling, republishing or distributing our material — physically or digitally — is strictly prohibited.
• Using our name, logo or content for any commercial purpose requires our prior written permission.

• A Language Achievers level-completion certificate is issued after completing the level with the required attendance and passing the internal assessment.
• Official certifications (DELF, Goethe, JLPT, HSK, TOPIK etc.) are issued solely by the respective exam bodies — we prepare you, guide registration and conduct mocks, but the exam result is determined entirely by the exam body.
• Exam dates, fees, centres and result timelines are controlled by the exam bodies and may change without notice.
• Duplicate institute certificates can be requested with a nominal reissue charge.

We are proud of our 98% pass rate and outcomes, but honesty demands clarity on what we cannot promise:

• Language learning outcomes depend on your effort, attendance and practice — no institute can guarantee a specific exam score or fluency timeline.
• Study abroad guidance is informational; university admissions, scholarships and visa decisions rest solely with the respective institutions and authorities.
• Job or salary outcomes mentioned on our website reflect market trends and alumni experiences, not guarantees of employment.
• Website content is provided on an as-is basis; while we keep it accurate and updated, occasional errors or outdated details may occur.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Language Achievers, its directors, instructors and staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our services — including loss of opportunity, exam failure, visa rejection or admission denial.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a course shall not exceed the fee actually paid by you for that specific course level.

We are not responsible for personal belongings lost at our premises, or for interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control (power failures, internet outages, natural calamities, government restrictions or similar force majeure events). In such events, classes will be rescheduled or shifted online wherever possible.

We may suspend or terminate your enrollment, without refund, in cases of:

• Serious or repeated violation of the Student Code of Conduct (Section 6)
• Non-payment of due fees despite reminders
• Unauthorised recording, distribution or resale of our study material or classes
• Providing false information or documents at admission

Before termination for conduct or non-payment, we will give you a written notice and a fair opportunity to respond. You may also discontinue anytime — refunds in that case follow Section 4.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India.

We genuinely prefer conversation over litigation — please raise any concern with our team first. Most issues are resolved within days through our grievance process at enquiry@languageachievers.com.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes affecting enrolled students — such as fee policy or refund rules — will be communicated via email or SMS before they apply to you. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
